Sustainability for Mondial also involves people. We foster a stimulating, inclusive work environment open to growth, valuing a young, skilled team engaged in continuous training. We have launched an ESG journey, currently evolving and supported by an initial certification, which integrates initiatives dedicated to internal well-being and the community, including support for local sports organizations.
